discipline

it’s something that i have lacked ALL my life. some call it being spoiled or whatever.  i call it- i need to be my own boss.  with that said, i need to do what a boss does in any business situation.  write a policy and follow it.  push every associate towards productivity. micro-manage.  all that.

yeah, when you have a j-o-b, it gets on your nerves when your boss hovers over your shoulder to make sure that you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing. but when you have your own company, YOU have to be that person to YOURSELF.  just like you would get up at 6am to get to work by 9am, you should be able to do that for YOUR company.

[i always get up at the crack of dawn, just using that as an example since most folks love sleep]

anywho, it feels good to finally be on the road to the great land of discipline [i'm a late bloomer, don't judge me]
