now, i’m a little upset with little mama for lying about this incident. she told tyra that it was more like an emotional outburst. but to me, it seems like she wanted the publicity. i meeeean, she even has ME blogging about her. [y'all know i only like blogging about ME, LoL!] and peep what she says about feeling connected to jay ‘being in hip hop’ and all….
*blank stare*
umm booboo, u are NOT ‘in hip-hop’. smh…
and here, you can clearly see that bey tried to stop her fast behind from running up on her Mister.
hello???? calm down little girl and stop acting wild before you lose the one good gig you DO have. blooop!
i heard this last night and fell asleep before posting it. i LOVE michael but this song is AIIGHT. i’ll be waiting for more leaks with a bit more of an audio-gasm [preferably one of the songs he did with will.i.am]

the movie poster says ‘it’s time to get it straight’ but really, there were many moments in this film where i was looking at the screen very crooked.
let me state the positive first.
i really appreciate chris rock’s genuine interest in the self-image of his two little girls. i mean, it makes me really happy to see a good father. if we had more MEN that took the time to pay attention to their daughters, i am certain that it will create monumental changes in the collective self-esteem of black women period.
it is simply way too common for a black father to be estranged from his daughter, and then, for her to end up seeking out the same emotional unavailability when choosing a potential mate. ugh!
anywho. back to the movie. it touched on some very basic points about black hair and i know that the white people in the theater were thrilled to have learned the truth behind the ‘mystery’. me? not so much.
i would have appreciated having more natural women interviewed. the docu-comedy made it seem like there were only 2 types of hair that black women could have. an ‘afro’ or a weave.
????
i loved nia long and al sharpton but lauren london and melissa ford?????! really?? raven symone? :-/
where was erykah badu? [my eB], or as my homie ModelCitizen pointed out, where was ms. irie?? yes, INDIA …
????
again chris left me stranded in the middle of a lot of bitterness and not enough resolution/hope.
maybe there will be a part 2, maybe chris had to rush and make this film to make it to sundance in time. *shrug*
